Amoud Foundation is excited to announce our newest project in the Horn of Africa. Building homes for millions of people, many of whom are caught in a devastating cycle of displacement due to conflict, environmental challenges, and natural disasters. These displaced individuals, often referred to as Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), are among the most vulnerable populations in the world. As they face uncertain futures, the need for safe, stable, and dignified housing has never been more urgent.

Building homes for IDPs is more than just a humanitarian gesture.
It’s a bold step toward restoring stability, security, and dignity to families who have lost everything. Instead of surviving day to day, these families can begin to rebuild their lives.
In the initial phase, we aim to construct 100 permanent homes to replace the overcrowded and unstable tents that currently house countless vulnerable people, including widows, orphans, and children.
